SECURITY PRACTICES

How View26 protects your data.

Enterprise-grade security across infrastructure, application, and operational layers.

SECURITY LAYERS

Defence in depth.

01

Infrastructure Security

All infrastructure runs on AWS (eu-central-1, Frankfurt). RDS databases in private subnets with encryption at rest (AES-256). S3 buckets with server-side encryption and blocked public access.

02

Application Security

Forge-native apps process data within Atlassian’s infrastructure (zero egress). HTTPS enforced everywhere. Content Security Policy headers on all responses. Input sanitisation via Payload CMS.

03

Access Control

Role-based access control (RBAC) across all systems. Multi-factor authentication required for all team members. Least-privilege IAM roles for infrastructure access.

04

Incident Response

Defined incident response procedures with severity classification, escalation paths, and post-incident review. Security incidents communicated to affected customers within 72 hours.

05

Vulnerability Management

Regular dependency scanning and patching. Third-party penetration testing on an annual basis. Responsible disclosure programme for external researchers.
