Inside the app

What it does for your team.

Feature 01

JSM-native chart library

Chart types and KPI cards built for service management: SLA Met vs Breached, request throughput, CSAT trend, unresolved-by-assignee, priority and request-type breakdowns, and issue lifecycle timelines.

Feature 02

Drag-and-drop dashboard builder

Compose dashboards visually in minutes. No JQL required for common views; full JQL available for advanced filtering. Widgets update in real time as Jira data changes.

Feature 03

Public share links & scheduled email reports

Turn any dashboard into a password-protected public link, or schedule daily, weekly or monthly email delivery of a PDF snapshot to stakeholders who don't use Jira.

Feature 04

PDF export with layout control

Audit-ready PDF exports with portrait/landscape, page-size and widget-grouping controls. Use them in QBRs, board packs and compliance reviews.

Feature 05

JSM customer portal reporting

Expose per-customer dashboards inside the Jira Service Management customer portal so end users see their own request status, SLA performance and activity without a Jira login.

Feature 06

White-label branding & admin controls

Apply logos, colours and footer text for customer-facing views. Fine-grained permissions let service managers decide who sees what — per dashboard or per Jira group.

Why this one

Three reasons this works.

01

JSM-first, not a generic chart app

Every default chart and KPI is a service-management question: SLA compliance, incident response, CSAT, request mix. Less configuration to get to insight.

02

Zero-seat reporting for stakeholders

Scheduled PDF emails and public share links let executives, customers and auditors see the numbers without a Jira licence — fewer seats, less access plumbing.

03

Inside Jira, never outside it

Dashboards live in Jira Cloud. Atlassian Connect JWT keeps data in the tenant, inherits Atlassian's compliance posture, and removes the SSO / data-residency questions that follow a separate BI tool.

04

Customer portal visibility

The only product pattern that lets external customers of an MSP see their own metrics, styled, inside the JSM portal they already use.

05

Pricing that fits single teams and enterprises

Starts at $10/month flat for small teams, per-user tiers up to Unlimited. No BI-tool licence footprint, no data-export pipeline to maintain.

Use cases

Where teams use it.

01

On-call incident response dashboard

A platform operations team needs a live view of active incidents, SLA risk and assignee workload for daily stand-up.

Outcome

The team builds a dashboard with SLA Met vs Breached timeline, unresolved-by-assignee bar, and average resolution time KPI. On-call engineers spot at-risk SLAs and overloaded assignees at a glance; rebalancing happens in the stand-up, not after the breach.

02

Weekly executive SLA & CSAT report

A VP of IT Operations needs SLA compliance and CSAT numbers in a board pack every Monday, without a four-hour Excel exercise.

Outcome

A dashboard with SLA Met %, average CSAT and resolved-requests KPIs is scheduled to email the exec list every Monday at 08:00. Weekly reporting time drops from hours to minutes; executives open a branded PDF, not a Jira share link they can't access.

03

Customer-visible performance reports for an MSP

A managed service provider wants each customer to see their own tickets, resolution trend and SLA compliance inside the JSM portal — without building a bespoke portal.

Outcome

Customer-scoped dashboards are exposed via the portal's user menu. Customers self-serve status questions, support-team inbound email drops measurably, and the MSP has a differentiated reporting story in renewal conversations.

FAQs

Common questions.

What Atlassian products does View26 Charts and Reports for JSM support?
Atlassian Cloud only. The app is built as an Atlassian Connect app and runs against Jira Service Management on Atlassian Cloud. Data Center and Server are not supported today.
Do dashboards and scheduled reports respect Jira permissions?
Yes. The app honours Jira project and issue-level permissions for any user accessing data inside Jira. Public share links show a static snapshot — admins can password-protect them and revoke them at any time, and the underlying Jira data never becomes directly queryable.
How is View26 Charts and Reports different from eazyBI or Tempo's Custom Charts?
Those tools target general Jira reporting. View26 Charts and Reports is built for Jira Service Management specifically — SLA, CSAT, request-type and customer-portal metrics are first-class, not add-ons. Teams that only need JSM reporting get to insight faster with less configuration.
Can customers see their own dashboards in the JSM customer portal?
Yes. The app registers a page in the JSM customer portal user menu, so end users can open a dashboard scoped to their requests, SLA performance and recent activity without a Jira licence or admin access.
How often do dashboards refresh?
Live dashboards refresh at a short cadence as users view them. Scheduled email reports run at the configured time and generate a PDF snapshot at send time. Public link views render the snapshot on load.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, a free trial is available directly from the Atlassian Marketplace listing. Pricing is billed via Atlassian on the standard user-tier model — $10/month flat for up to 10 users, per-user rates from 100 users up, flat ceiling at Unlimited.
Can reports be scheduled to external (non-Jira) email addresses?
Yes. The scheduled-report feature accepts any email address, so stakeholders without a Jira licence — executives, customers, auditors — can receive the same PDF without having to log in.
What happens to my dashboards if we uninstall the app?
Dashboards, widgets and settings are removed when the app is uninstalled. The underlying Jira issue data is untouched. Export or back up any dashboards you want to keep before uninstalling.
