Data Processing Agreement
View26 offers a standard DPA to all customers processing personal data through View26 apps. Contact us to execute a DPA.

Sub-Processors
View26 uses a limited set of sub-processors: Atlassian (app hosting via Forge), AWS (infrastructure — Frankfurt region), and Payload CMS (content management — self-hosted on AWS).

Data Residency
All customer data is processed and stored in the EU (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany). No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Data Retention
Customer data is retained only for the duration of the subscription. Upon cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.

Data Subject Rights
View26 supports all GDPR data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Requests are processed within 30 days.
