After 9 months of prototyping, designing, testing and again re-designing we finally get to show you guys what we’ve been upto.
Today I’m happy to announce that Beta version 2.0 of Charts & Reports for Jira ServiceDesk (VCRJS) has been released!
VCRJS allows Jira Service Desk admins to create custom charts & reports across Jira ServiceDesk projects and start sharing it with their customers. It has a rich set of features including:
- Easy drag-and-drop widgets
- Many different chart types
- Analysis & Issue drill down tool
- Sharing reports in Jira ServiceDesk customer portal page
Whats new in 2.0 ?
We’ve tried hard to listen to our customers though surveys and support reach out. One thing that we heard was that while almost everybody likes the look and feel of the user interface, some of the more advanced features were hard to find. So we’ve revamped the user interface in a variety of ways.
In the brand new dashboard design, it’s easy to create and customize and share Views. We provide you with a rich catalogue of pre-defined charts & widgets to help you create custom report easily.

No need to email reports to your Jira Service Desk customers. Enable your customers to view your standardised report right within Jira Service Desk Customer Portal.
Export Reports as PDF
Provide transparency to your stakeholders with SLA info and allow them to export up-to-date report as PDF at the click of a button.
